Workshop lining is generally used for parts with diameter less than 6 meters or length less than 15 meters of polypropylene tank. Process: In the workshop, the parts are first covered with unvulcanized rubber sheets, and then vulcanized in the autoclave under pressure of 6 bars and temperature of 120 - 150 degrees Celsius. Rubber lining mostly uses on-site lining. Field lining is made of pre-vulcanized rubber sheets and self-vulcanized rubber sheets in the workshop, which are bonded on site, but the former is more than the latter. Because butyl rubber needs a higher vulcanization temperature, the general butyl rubber lining is completed in the workshop.
Another advantage of polypropylene tank lining is that the filling rate of soft foundation should be strictly controlled so that the settlement of the tank can not be too fast. At the same time, the change of surface soil around the tank should be noticed to avoid the shear failure of the foundation.
